B Mee Run and Core Mondays
Kicks off on Monday 11th Jan 2021 and will run every Monday until Easter
Where: Usual location grassy area next to the All abilities Park and Skate Park.
This session caters for all abilities and all ages from the beginner through to the advanced runner. There is always a core/basic strength component to the session as well as functional technique drills and dynamic stretching.
Every week the main set varies in distance and intensity.
This session has been running for over 10 years and has helped people achieve fitness, health and run specific goals.
Please message to to book your spot prior to the session.
Also please bring your own Pilates mat or towel.
