Ready to get fit and healthy?… Looking for something fun and different… HoopDance for Seniors (50+) is back… 6 Week Beginners Course (we use large, heavy hoops for easier rotation).
Hula hooping is a fun, uplifting way to stay healthy & happy. Though much more than just hula hooping, learn how to transition from one trick to another – as a way to flow and dance and heal with the hoop. Improves flexibility. Strengthens your core. Tones muscles. Boosts endorphins, lifts your mood and puts a spring back in your step.
Come play and rejuvenate yourself in a supportive, safe and inclusive space… Great for anyone exploring natural ways to manage pain. Limited spaces. Bookings required – please check dates before committing to our 6 week course.
