Join us for our “Low’n’Slow BBQ Shack Masterclass”, in the poolside function room at the Kondari Hotel Resort in Hervey Bay on Sunday 28th November from 9am to 3pm.
This much fun day will include:
– Sharing of BBQ smoking knowledge and skills by Denis Maher and Harris Polites, Pit Masters of BBQ Competition team The Low’n’Slow BBQ Shack, and will include smoker choices, meat selection, preparing, trimming, seasoning and barbecuing beef short ribs, beef brisket, pork ribs, lamb, & chicken.
– Taking your BBQ hospitality skills to the next level, with hands on prep of a delicious gourmet barbecue menu including proteins and sides. Learn how to prep awesome barbecued proteins, sides and fixin’s to wow your guests.
– An epic feast of low’n’slow BBQ delicacies
– A variety of BBQ Pits will be in operation including:
– A range of accessories including the Kettle Kone, JG Offset plate & Carson Rodizio Brazilian BBQ rotisserie will also be in operation.
– A range of BBQ rubs, woods, charcoals, sauces and accessories to sample
– Hot & cold beverages will be available to purchase at bar prices from the hotel throughout the day.
