Excitement is building at the Hervey Bay PCYC for the annual Wedding and Formal Event Expo being held on Sunday, June 10, 8.30am – 12.30pm.

This year will be slightly different as we are incorporating all things weddings, events and formals, something to appeal to everyone!

We will hold three fashion parades and a celebrant demonstration throughout the morning. We invite all brides, grooms, party hosts, event organisers in fact everyone to come and see the delightful ideas that our amazing array of exhibitors will have on offer to make your wedding or event a spectacular success.

Stroll through the beautifully decorated stalls and get some ideas on venues, food and cakes, dresses and fashion, decorating, flowers, beauty and hair, photographers, transport, music and more all under one roof.

Just by coming along you will have the chance to win one of many exciting raffle prizes provided by our generous exhibitors plus one lucky person will win $250 cash just for being here thanks to the Beach House Hotel who is this year’s major event sponsor of the lucky door prize. The door entry fee is only $5, every cent of this will assist Hervey Bay PCYC to provide a vital point of engagement for young people who are at risk, disadvantaged or disengaged. It enables us to provide opportunities for young people to have positive experiences, get involved in a wide range of activities, and learn from great mentors and community leaders including our serving Police officers.
